CJ and Jenn in Jose Olé

Hey all! Only 5 days left...ahhhhhhh! We are living in a declared disaster area! Just to let you know, we are having a little informal get together this weekend and we would love if you all could join us. Email or call us if you would like to come and we will give you the details. We continue to need your prayers (CJ from going crazy and Jennifer from balling her eyes out) so keep them coming!! If we don't get to see you before we go... that means you have to come visit us in San Jose!

We may actually have a place to live now! My principal has been our eyes, ears, hands, and feet while we researched online she's been checking out places for us and giving us the "inside scoop" about the best areas to live. We've settled on this one and should be approved in the next day or so. It's so scary to do all of this being 1100 miles away but we're just counting on God keeping us in the place he wants us to be.
We did receive a little blessing in the form of Uhaul rates being slashed almost in half compared to the last time I looked at them! Things are looking up! It is really nice to be in His great blessings. Let's hope he continues to bless us as we get ready to take this next leap of faith!

Hola....well I guess we have less than 29 days left now and still no place to live!!!! It is a bit scary but we are trusting that God has a plan for us in SJ and we are just focusing on staying in His will. For those of you who don't know, CJ was offered a teaching position in this school.... he will be teaching 5th grade. We are both really excited about this. Another cool thing about this school is the principal, she is over-the-top jazzed about having CJ in her school and is coming to Seattle to meet us in the next couple of weeks. We would appreciate your prayers through the next few weeks as they will be stressful and we have a lot of plates in the air. Less than 3 week to go.....Oh, Jennifer also had to put money down on her tuition for Palmer so I guess she is really going. We love you all and look forward to you coming down south to see us.

Hi Everybody!

We've just created this blog so we can keep everyone up to date on what's happening with us while we are down in San Jose. We borrowed (stole) the idea from Andy and Sarah and hope that we'll keep up with it as well as they have. There's not much to post today, we've only got 29 days left until the big move!
